Alex Chilvers was killed in the early hours of Sunday, (June 22, 2008) in the centre of March.
Alex was knocked down by a car in front of the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society in Broad Street at around 12.30am. He was taken to Peterborough District Hospital with serious injuries but died later that day.
