Employee of the Year
This award is open to employees who have made a significant contribution to the company's success; they must have been with their current employer for at least 12 months.
Award Criteria:
Attitude to change: How is this person responsible for innovation, or involved in managing change? How do they cope with change?
Personal development plan: Give a structured career path. How is this company driven or is the employee creating an individual career path through ability and achievement?
Contribution to the company: Show how the employee has contributed to the company success.
Teamwork: Is teamwork involved in this position? We require examples of teamwork or leadership.
Contributions above the norm: Examples required of excellence above normal standards within your organisation.
Reliability and dedication: Supply examples of attendance, reliability, timekeeping and how they are relevant to this person's position and nomination.
