This award is aimed at anyone who manages a team. The judges will be looking for a manager who provides direction and purpose, who motivates others to achieve a high level of success and takes ownership for the team’s performance.
1. Attitude – How do they inspire and energise the team, maintaining a positive can do attitude to encourage the same in others?
2. Achievement – How do they create an environment of joint achievement?
3. Effort – Are they willing to put in additional effort to create success for the business?
4. Motivation – How do they motivate their team?
5. Resolve – How do they coach others to solve their own problems and allow them to try new things?
6. Approachable – Are they approachable even under pressure? Is there a succession plan in place?
