Award-winning Beechwood Homes Limited have been established for over 30 years and are renowned for building quality new homes throughout Hertfordshire.
The company was formed in 1968 under the name of Finlinson Reinforcement Ltd where it undertook major civil engineering projects. As Part of the Finlinson Group under the chairmanship of Ray Dalton the diversion into housebuilding was undertaken in 1982 and the name of Beechwood was taken from the major site now known as Beechwood Park in Hemel Hempstead.
Robert Parker joined the company in January 1980 as construction director and undertook the formation of the housebuilding side through the 80's where the company became involved in many housing projects throughout Hertfordshire and the company's reputation for good design and quality was firmly established.
In 1994 Robert Parker joined forces with an old school friend local businessman Barry Denmead and purchased Beechwood Homes from Ray Dalton. The company continued to enhance the reputation built up in the 80's by providing quality designed and built houses in the most sort after locations throughout Hertfordshire.
Each new development reflects the careful design and planning which achieves that individual home.
